Cyclists, from hardcore racers to casual weekend riders, can now document every detail of their cycling lives, from mileage and intensity to health and bicycle maintenance, with Bikers Log. Bikers Log is designed to be easy to use, yet, because the information is held on your computer, allows you to analyse the information in many ways which would be impractical in a manual system.
In the field. I think this is another valuable device to have on touring trips for those techies that always have a cell phone or MP3 player. I have not been totally satisfied with the performance though. I had it on my handlebar for a 4 day tour and it did not have enough of a charge for my Zune or Blackberry at the end of the days. I did find that the USB connect is a bit unforgiving to some cables. The Zune cable did not connect fully until I used a generic cable. The port seems to be recessed a bit much for some USB cables to make a solid connection. Like the Solio its internal battery can be charged via AC when you have access to one. I've yet to purchase the additional solar add-on but I do like the idea of cascading up to 4 solar panels to assist in charging the internal battery.
